To pay for up to fifteen attendees as a group, complete the registration form below for each of the Clinic/Conference Attendees. After submission of each registration, an email with an invoice number will be sent to the person completing payment for group registration. After gathering the invoices, payment can be made on the following page: CMEA Clinic/Conference Group Payment Form
